John Lesch Design works predominantly on a commission basis. John can work from your design or photo images, can create designs based on your input, or a combination of both. Standard terms are 50% down, 50% due upon completion of project.

Completion time can vary from four weeks to four months depending on size of project and current workload. Wood and finish samples are always provided, as are customer updates while a work is in progress.

Care and maintenance instructions are provided with every piece sold, and all furniture is guaranteed against structural and finish defects.
